Venus for Men

The Venus for Men (aka the Venus 2000, or Venus) is a penis-focused automatic masturbation machine manufactured by Abco Research Associates (currently trading as Sybian Inc).

Can I use the NimbleStroker receiver with the Venus?

Yes you can, but do note that the NimbleStroker hose has a larger diameter than the Venus hose. Its inner diameter is 16mm (5/8 in), compared to the Venus's 10mm (3/8 in). So you will need a conversion valve to do this.

In addition, owing to the differences in total air volume within the closed system, the Venus may either not stroke enough or stroke too much that it constantly wants to pop off. Possible but not recommended as it doesn't feel particularly good. Video demo here.

Are there any 3rd party products that add functionality to the Venus?

MausTec has created a digital controller for the Venus called the Mercury 1000 (M1000), which replaces the stock speed/power and air control boxes.

The M1000 can control both the speed and stroke length using a single control box, and has a built in pressure sensor that can be used to automatically control the pressure in the system (coming soon).

The M1000 supports the MausTec Edge-o-Matic 3000 via an Accessory Jack, and has Bluetooth, WiFi, and Serial over USB connectivity. It uses a simple and familiar protocol, TS-code, which makes developing your own control applications and integrations relatively easy.

The M1000 is a brand new product and will see additional features in the near future added via firmware updates, such as programmable/random sessions, automatic pressure management, native buttplug.io supoort and more.

Does the Venus support 'auto-edging'?

Not with default hardware, but this can be accomplished with the MausTec M1000 and the MausTec Edge-o-Matic 3000.

The Edge-o-Matic 3000 connects to the M1000 controller via an accessory port, and can control stroke speed as well as halt the Venus when excessive pre-orgasm clenching is detected on the inflatable plug.
