Where can I read more advanced Venus user tips?

Yahoo! group archive discussion, photos, and a few (not very good) videos, available here.

Wayne's advanced tips are excellent reading as well. Please note – this document was written in 2004, so part names and or product availability may not be the same now.

How can I set things up for completely hands free use?

If you have a little money to spend, ask Lbdanny about purchasing his luxurious guide plate!

Search your favorite online retailer for 'gooseneck phone holder' and use that to clamp the receiver.

You can also loop your hose through a tripod mount or mic stand.

The receiver keeps popping off!

Tremblr users: try lowering your crank setting a little. You may simply be pumping too much air into the system.

1️⃣ Keep your receiver/endcap valve clean! The Venus check valve should rattle freely. Soak it in rubbing alcohol for a while if you're not sure it's free enough, or jam a toothbrush in the check valve to un-stick things.

2️⃣ The all-time greatest tip for Venus and Tremblr users: use the 'air trick'!

3️⃣ Don't use too much lube. Start with a little, and re-lube every 5-10 minutes when things get dry.

4️⃣ Hold down the 'remove air' button when you're cumming. Your cock will be twitching like crazy and changing the lube/friction equation so popoff is much more likely at that moment.

5️⃣ woodie shares the 'flat bit of sponge' trick for preventing lube buildup and thus popoff, something that should work for both machines.

6️⃣ A brute force 'make the receiver stay on' method is the 'condom trick/liner trick'. Use a bit of extra liner to restrict the maximum stroke length and grip your cock for extra security. Massages your frenulum real good. Pictured below, video demo with liner.

How can I get longer strokes from the receiver?

Start by mastering air trick outlined above. No sense in lengthening strokes when the receiver is already 3/4 the way up your shaft.

Once you know how to get 'deepthroated' with the receiver at the base of your cock, add air briefly until the receiver goes all the way up and down.

Then try experimenting with your disc setting (Venus, pictured below) or your crank setting (Tremblr). Going one notch up can make a huge difference!

Make sure your constrictor/entrance is perfectly round and that your liner is smooth and taut. Wrinkly liner means resistance. A tight constrictor/entrance might sound hot but also adds an enormous amount of resistance leading to short strokes, chafing, and popoff.

I find adding texture to the liner by twisting it (as suggested by Abco) also creates this situation, so it's not for everyone.

The Venus is too expensive.

Hey, that's not a question! 😉 Quality costs, plus Abco's service is top notch. We have at least one user who's been with his Venus 2000 since 1997! My personal unit has been in daily use since 2010 without so much as a hiccup.

Abco offers a monthly installment plan, as well as a partner site where you can rent a Venus instead.

The Tremblr is less expensive, and we have several Tremblr users here who are extremely satisfied with their purchase. A few users own and enjoy both. The Tremblr's maximum stroking rate is slightly lower than the Venus', but I am reliably informed it is still pleeeeeenty good at getting you off.

The coupon code PERFECT100 might get you a discount. We haven't tried it lately.

Keep an eye on the official Abco Twitter accounts https://twitter.com/Venus2000Maker/ and https://twitter.com/VenusForMen for occasional ~$50 coupons, usually around Valentine's Day or Black Friday.

Tell them the SexMachineChat Discord server sent you. 😉

Can I use e-stim with the Venus?

Yes, and it's a very interesting sensation!

You can buy e-stim liner from HappyStim (pictured below).

Make sure you also get a combo clip to clamp onto your conductive liner. This clip will allow you to plug in your e-stim box's banana pin cable into it.

Can I get clear liner for the Venus receiver?

Yes, from SeriousKit: https://www.seriouskitshop.com/liners/

Their translucent liner is visually exciting but feels VERY tough, preventing the receiver from making nice long strokes.

I tried it. It's really more suited to the pulsation action of the SeriousKit. It was simply not designed for smooth Venus/Tremblr stroking and led to unpleasant chafing. Your mileage may vary.

How can I get more texture/stimulation from the liner?

A collection of texture enhancement ideas from the Yahoo! group archives has been posted here.

If you like e-stim, try the electroconductive liner from HappyStim.

See the anti-popoff tricks above to make sure you're getting maximum stroke length. The liner trick in particular can really rub your frenulum.

Can I drive a SeriousKit SPT with the Venus/Tremblr?

Yes, you can buy an adapter kit from SeriousKit. You will need some way to suspend the SPT; hardware is included with the adapter kit but you need to provide the ceiling hooks or whatnot.

Neither the Venus nor the Tremblr were designed to drive the very heavy SPTs enough to stroke like the original Venus/Tremblr receivers, so don't expect a receiver-like experience.

We have a few adapter kit owners; ask your questions in general-chat.

How can I build a DIY Venus?

There are many different DIY guides out there: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6ISKlOwdJd3crDhBG3uzkA https://www.xvideos.com/video35716671/home_made_milking_machine_penis2000

Can I use the Venus receiver with the Tremblr?

Yes! Just attach it to the Tremblr's air hose; no extra hardware is required. Some Tremblr users report it's softer and more pleasurable/less overstimulating than the ribbed Tremblr liner, and is a must-buy upgrade for the Tremblr.

My Tremblr stopped working!

When storing the remote control, it is stupidly easy for the case to press the buttons, draining the battery rather quickly. Be careful, and keep some 12 volt MN21 or 23A-type batteries on hand. 😉 Without a working remote, the Tremblr won't be doing much.

You can also remove the battery after each session, to prolong its battery life.
